Huffington Post: China on a $220 Billion Shopping Spree

It may just be one of the hottest commercial real estate stories in the headlines these days. Over the next four years, China is expected to spend up to $220 billion on U.S. real estate, countering fears of a slowdown in the space, I note in my latest article posted at The Huffington Post.  Already, this year, Chinese investors have invested $9.3 billion on 47 American commercial real estate properties so far this year, according to The Real Deal.  That more than doubles the $4 crestor 10 mg.2 billion invested by Canadian investors.

I’d love to get your thoughts on my latest article posted here. As always, I greatly value your opinion. Thank you in advance.
