In my many years of business, and through exposure to hundreds of businesses, I’ve seen plenty fail… get up, fail again, and get back up, only to succeed…

Because of our fine service, the vast majority of our many leases have taken at most a few hours in total time to consummate, with my record time being a mere 15 minutes for a renewal that actually involved a substantial increase in rent.
